I turn 17 in a few days, on Nov. 5th.

16 was a great age, let me tell you. I met my old babysitter, and now he's my boyfriend...I'm not the same guy I used to be. People at school even say I'm glowing, although I tend to kick their asses when they do.

Also make a few good friends. Some of them are suffering right now, and I hope they get it worked out -- I bet they'll be an amazing couple when they do.

I've had a few interesting chats lately. One with Oshitari Yuushi (who turns out to be Kenya's cousin, whoa), and one with um, this guy I know online (yeah...heh. I'm still blushing about that).

Yuushi said that I should always follow my heart. Eh, that ain't always good. Kenya said his first lover broke his heart, and that I should be careful. I almost said...then why don't you show me how I should be treated? Kencha still wants to make sure that he's respecting my youth and ignorance, or something. It's honorable of him.

Good news!

I got a job at Tachibana's music store, part time after school. Means I can't go to tutoring as often, which sucks, but -- damn. I feel like I'm finally doing something worthwhile with my time.

Only problem is, I don't think Tachibana trusts me. Okay...we have a history. He caught me shoplifting CDs from his store, once. I'm not planning to steal anything, though. This matters too much to me.

All I need is a chance to prove myself, that I'm serious about working there. I really am...this is what I wanna do with my future.

And oooh, I can save up for my next tattoo!

You know what I hate?  Days like I had at school today, where everybody feels like they want to get involved in my life.

I decided a long time ago that everyone else could fuck off.  I mean, everyone's really into being just like everyone else -- which is stupid.  Yes, I prefer Iggy Pop to YamaPi.  Yes, my ear is pierced.  Yes, I have a tattoo, and no, I'm not in the yakuza.  It makes me ME, not you.  Why do you care who I am or what I look like?

But if you're standing around gossiping and calling me gay, try to be smart and do it where I can't hear.  Yeah -- so what, I've been hanging out with Oshitari Kenya lately.  We're not screwing.  He's my TUTOR.  And sure he's a model, but I don't think he's gay (except, hm, he did go  out with that guy Yamato). 

And me?  I might be gay.  I don't know.  I'm only sixteen, and who fucking cares anyway?
